Had for a month and very happy with it. The door is wide so makes it easy to load and unload. But with the by folding door had to slide everything to one side to have room to get it open.

This replaces our 19 yr.old dryer which looks exactly the same, except for the panel.It was a good, design and still working but the companion washers timer wore out so we replaced both matching machines.
This new one is working just as great as the old. That a compliment!

My wife and I had to buy a dryer quickly because our other one had completely conked out on us. We bought this dryer with the steam feature and it works amazingly! All wrinkles are gone in less than 15 minutes! I would definitely buy another whirlpool appliance!

In comparison to my previous dryer, this one takes a long time to dry. Also, the clothes are never dry enough when cycle stops - I always have to restart it and run it another 10-15 minutes.

I just can't on to the features to get a load completely dry. I purchased this type of dryer hoping that it would sense when clothes are dry and shut off and save energy! Maybe I have pushed the right buttons

Have only had dryer for a month. No problems so far, but seems to be a good unit. Our previous whirlpool was still good after 15 years of hard use. Wanted a more energy efficient unit since the washer gave out after 15 years of hard use.

Purchased this dryer a month or so ago. Live the features it has but even with high heat I am having to run a second cycle to fully dry clothing regardless of how large or small the load is. Accusensor dry leaves clothing damp as does times dry. An inconvenience for a new product that is supposed to fully dry the clothing...

In the past, I have always bought Kenmore washers and dryers, but with the financial issues that Sears has been having, I decided to look at other brands. I always do my research before buying anything and after going over all the features,looking at several brands,talking to the Home Depot sales people, and reading reviews - I decided to purchase the Whirlpool dryer. Home Depot was also running a great sale on appliances, at the time, which made it a win/win.
My only complaint was the two men who delivered the dryer and attempted to put the electrical wiring on it before bringing it into the house. Home Depot sub contracts out for all their home deliveries. Long story short, they couldn't get the 3 prong electrical cord to attach to the back of the dryer electrical board properly. They tried for over a half hour at least. I wasn't happy with how this was going, especially with it being electrical, so I refused the delivery and told them to take it back. I then had to get on the phone, explain what had happened and then order another dryer. One week later the new one arrived. Only this time, I told them that I didn't want anyone to hook up the dryer and we did it ourselves without any problems.
As far as the dryer itself - very, very happy with it so far. It's been about 3 months.

Bought this dryer about a year ago and it is quiet and and dependable. Iwe don't use all the options but enjoy the tumble option which keeps the clothes from wrinkling if you don't get them out immediately.

Within two months it had a loud thumping noise. Repair was to replace a unit.
Now it is reacting the same - loud thumping noise. Needs repair again. It was purchased in May and certainly should not be giving problems. All other features do not need review if the dryer is in need of repair - again.

I bought this a little over a year ago and the timer stopped progressing through loads. Attempted to call support and was on hold for over 45 minutes before being told they couldn't help me and I would need to talk to someone else. Got transferred back to where I started.
Dryer has struggled to dry even the smallest loads on the first attempt. If towels are included it can take up to three cycles to get dry.

I am so disappointed. This dryer has all the features I wanted, but never worked right. A normal load of clothes took more than twice as long to dry as our 11 year old Kenmore. Two hours to dry a normal load, no kidding. The steam feature just sprayed water on the clothes, which then had to be dried for an hour or more. We always loaded it very lightly since it took so long to dry when loaded "normally". Yet now not even two years old and the motor has died.
